The Rev. Kyle T. Martindale

St. Mark's Church welcomed Rev. Kyle T. Martindale in March 2022 and ccalled him to serve as our 24th Rector in the Fall of 2024.

He came to Mount Kisco after serving three years in Rockland County at St. Stephen's Church in Pearl River, and moved to New York from the Diocese of Nebraska in 2019, where he was ordained in 2016.

He is concluding his time as Chair of the Diocesan Christian Formation Commission and has just rotated off of Diocesan Council after six years in order to take on roles on both the Commission on Ministry in the diocese and as Dean of the Sawmill Clericus in Westchester, where he is also the convener of the Northern Westchester Interfaith Council and member of the President’s Advisory Council at Northern Westchester Hospital.

He also has a strong background in, and ministry with, technology, leading to a podcast but also to helping communities update and upgrade systems for the modern world. In his ministry, Rev. Kyle views prayer, worship, preaching, teaching, & the development of new and creative programming as all important to sharing lives of Christian discipleship.

Before pursuing his call to the Priesthood, Rev. Kyle first obtained his degree in Political Science and worked in both programming and administration at a shelter for the unhoused.
